Edson Auditorium

Photo of an auditorium

You remember it like it was yesterday: the excitement in the air as the Edson Auditorium house lights dimmed and the curtain rose. Now you can claim a piece of that history and make the space more beautiful in the process.

Thanks, in part, to the generosity of one of the University of Minnesota, Morris’s founding families, the Edson Auditorium we all know and love is getting a much needed renovation and make-over. The new lobby and stage, lights, and sound will enhance our students’ learning and creative experiences while better serving the regional community.

Won’t you join us?

Edson Auditorium is more than just a performance space: it represents the totality of our mission. Edson enables broad participation in meaningful exchanges and provides a venue for high-quality arts events. Edson is essential to UMM’s role as a regional center for education, culture, and research.
