Memorial/In Honor Tree

  • Honor your loved one or your time on campus with an inscribed paver placed at the base of a tree in one of several areas on our historic campus. Tree area choices include:
    • Athletics
    • Campus Mall
    • Humanities
    • Science
  • Minimum gift amount: $1,250 (an established tree to be planted on campus with a customized paver and the ongoing care and maintenance of the tree).
  • Installation in the fall. Please provide tree order and payment by August 1.
  • To make a secure gift online, complete and submit the online form below. This will take you to the University of Minnesota Foundation’s secure online gift form. In the special instructions box, type “Morris Memorial/In Honor Tree.”
Gift amounts are always confidential. Check here if you do not wish to have your name published in our gift rosters.
Personalize your tree inscription.
Each inscription will be in all capital letters with a maximum of 5 lines of lettering per paver and can include up to 32 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation marks.
